Mr. Daniel Philip Chum

1962 - 2025

We regret to announce the death of Mr. Daniel Philip Chum at the age of 62, on Monday, October 6th 2025, at the Notre-Dame Hospital in Hearst.  He will be forever loved and missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

Visitations will be held at St. Stephens Anglican Church in Constance Lake on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 7P.M. to 8:30 P.M. for the Community, and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11A.M. to 1P.M. for family, from 1P.M. to 2 P.M. for the Community, followed by the funeral service at 2P.M.
