With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Patricia Moore, who passed away on Friday, May 15th, 2026 at the age of 40.

Family and friends are invited to attend the wake on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 from 10A.M. to 11A.M. for family and from 11A.M. to 12P.M. for the public at the St. Stephen's Anglican Church in Constance Lake.

The funeral service will be held on that same day at 1P.M., followed by burial at the Constance Lake Burial Ground.

We welcome all who knew and loved Patricia to join us in remembering and celebrating her life.

The family thanks everyone for their love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.
