Obituary of Jim Dillon

Nous avons le regret d'annoncer le décès de M. Jim Dillon le vendredi, 21 mai 2021 à l'âge de 77 ans à Hearst. Il laisse dans le deuil sa tendre épouse Lucille (née Groleau) ainsi que ses 4 enfants: Mario (Chantal), Murielle (Denis), Stéphane (Cindy) et Joël (Annie) tous de Jogues. 

 Il laisse aussi ses 11 petits-enfants: Maxime, Martin, Cynthia, Sylvain, Janick, Miguel, Alex, Samantha, Éric, Félixe et Méanne; ainsi que ses 7 arrière-petits-enfants: Romie, Jacob, Raphaël, Hugo, Thomas, Matéo et William.

Il manquera également à ses 4 frères: Vincent, Robert, Roy et John; ainsi que ses 2 soeurs: Germaine et Lois.

 Il est précédé dans la mort par son arrière-petit-fils: Xavier.

Époux, Papa, Grand-Papa, Arrière Grand-Papa, Un partenaire de chasse et de pêche, un homme avec un grand cœur qui nous a montré tellement de belles valeurs. Nous avons là-haut une étoile qu’on n’oubliera jamais.

Des funérailles auront lieu en la Cathédrale Notre-Dame de l'Assomption de Hearst à une date ultérieure.

We regret to announce the death of Mr. Jim Dillon on Friday, May 21th, 2021 at the age of 77 in Hearst. He is survived by his loving wife Lucille (née Groleau) as well as his 4 children: Mario (Chantal), Murielle (Denis), Stéphane (Cindy) and Joël (Annie) all from Jogues. He also leaves behind his 11 grandchildren: Maxime, Martin, Cynthia, Sylvain, Janick, Miguel, Alex, Samantha, Éric, Félixe and Méanne; as well as his 7 great-grandchildren: Romie, Jacob, Raphaël, Hugo, Thomas, Matéo and William.

He will also be missed by his 4 brothers: Vincent, Robert, Roy and John; as well as his 2 sisters: Germaine and Lois.

He is predeceased by his great-grandson: Xavier.

Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great-Grandpa, a hunting and fishing partner, a man with a big heart who has shown us so many beautiful values. We now have a star up high that will never be forgotten.

A funeral will be held at Notre-Dame de l'Assomption Cathedral in Hearst at a later date.
