We regret to announce the death of Mr. Anthony Patrick Walter, on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 at Notre-Dame Hospital in Hearst due to pneumonia in his 67th year. Anthony resided in Jogues, Ontario and will be missed by his daughters; Becky of Victoria, BC., Madi of Mill Bay, BC., and Josie (Chris) of Vancouver, BC. He also leaves behind his brother Joe Walter of Palmerston, ON. and his sister Rose (Gary) Shantz of Espanola, ON. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; Gerald and Edna (Brenner) Walter.

We remember Anthony as a caring gentleman who loved fishing and spending time outdoors. Although he was a retired auto body technician, he was still very much, a car enthusiast. He was a skilled craftsman, and enjoyed woodworking. He will be remembered by his family and all who knew and loved him.

There will be no funeral service at this time. A mass and celebration of life will be planned at a later date.
