I knew Luke. He was a man who loved his family and cared for others. He will be missed by all. His wife, children, grandchildren, mother father and brother have my sincere condolences. I believe he is an angel now and will watch over you from above. It is hard to lose a loved one. They are all around you in memories. Treasure the time you had. Keeping active helping others will help. Hugs.

I have been in my feelings about Luke's passing since I heard the news. Luke was one of my favourite people. He wove himself into the fabric of my life so quickly I really couldn't tell you the story of how we met. It just always felt like he had been a part of my life from the start. Though our backgrounds were quite different, we both came from loving families and I will always be grateful to the Moore family for how they opened their home to me. My heart breaks for them and all who knew Luke, to know him was to love him. He had a huge heart and a generous spirit and his smile could light up a room. The world truly is a darker place now that he is gone.

It's with great sadness that I offer Luke's beautiful family my most sincere condolences. Such a shock to learn of his passing. I will always remember him as a gentle soul, kind hearted and well respected by everyone. Such a beautiful couple to see and it is very sad to know that he has been taken from his wife, children, grand children and his loving parents. Know that my heart goes out to all the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I will always remember Luke for the very fine and respectful young man that he was, and when I say a young man, he has gone from us way too early and he has left a hole in his community that can never be replaced. He was an outdoorsy type of guy and a big fan of hockey and the Hearst Lumberjacks and hardly ever missed a game. He always showed up in his trademark hat that really reflected his pleasant personality to the fella he was. LUKE, you left footprints that will never wash away and to the family i extend my sympathies and ask God to grant you the courage and strength needed in the difficult times ahead.

So saddened to hear the news of my childhood friend and buddy Luke! Growing up with Luke was a true delight, all the time we spent together either playing road hockey or just hanging out are memories I’ll never forget! Wether we were on the same team playing hockey or playing opposite of one another we always found a way to not let competition get the best of us! To Luke’s family and brother Jacob my sincere heartfelt condolences! He’ll never be forgotten!

Shocked and saddened to hear this news. Luke was such a fun, humble, and caring individual. He lived in the neighbourhood I grew up in and him and my brother went to school and played hockey together; pretty sure they were each other's competition on any team they played on :) Many rides to and from the rink were given by both families and Luke and his parents would always stop and chat and share a friendly hello whenever they ran into you! Deepest condolences to Lukes family, parents and brother. - The Poluyko Family
